HAHA -HOW DEAD IS YOURR BLOGGG(: haha spastic mich hahahawa physical training on yesterday was the frikking crazy luh oh my hell..was late with everyone cause all wait for each other so had to run from badminton hall to the stairs at koufu there and back in 3 mins..i thought after that okay liao pua..after warm-up 15 laps of the area we were at including 3 laps of butt kicks,3 laps of skipping,3 laps of knee raises and the last lap sprint..sebei chui ah kan..after that 2 sets of 20 counts of 8 of jumping jack with a minute rest in between..then 20 sit-ups then 10 push-ups then 20 sit-ups again and 10 push-ups again..and finally squats roysten style..hold your bowling ball with 2 hands at arm's length and do squats 30 times..everything except the running was done as a team..sooo wait wait till sebei kan pua chui haha..i am so frikking unfit luh cause like im having massive cramps on both calfs and shoulders..stomach also from the sit-ups..sucker to the ma..COE just now was all over the place cause of the retarded lack of any balance at all..however..i feel better about my bowling now even though it still sucks cause COE is ending so the evaluation videos were taken and compared to the first videos of us ever taken in COE..mother of god i was uber cocked up and my bowling was horrible omg..but that was like so long ago liao and changes have been made..soo...i like my bowling more now hahaha(:school is sebei crap now cause grades are the low..sighh gotta buckle up liao if not die eh..cultural chui like mad):oh oh i love the meaning of my name hahaha so sweet hahahaha fuber(:thats it already later(:
