wa physical training on yesterday was the frikking crazy luh oh my hell..was late with everyone cause all wait for each other so had to run from badminton hall to the stairs at koufu there and back in 3 mins..i thought after that okay liao pua..after warm-up 15 laps of the area we were at including 3 laps of butt kicks,3 laps of skipping,3 laps of knee raises and the last lap sprint..sebei chui ah kan..after that 2 sets of 20 counts of 8 of jumping jack with a minute rest in between..then 20 sit-ups then 10 push-ups then 20 sit-ups again and 10 push-ups again..and finally squats roysten style..hold your bowling ball with 2 hands at arm's length and do squats 30 times..everything except the running was done as a team..sooo wait wait till sebei kan pua chui haha..

i am so frikking unfit luh cause like im having massive cramps on both calfs and shoulders..stomach also from the sit-ups..sucker to the ma..

COE just now was all over the place cause of the retarded lack of any balance at all..however..i feel better about my bowling now even though it still sucks cause COE is ending so the evaluation videos were taken and compared to the first videos of us ever taken in COE..mother of god i was uber cocked up and my bowling was horrible omg..but that was like so long ago liao and changes have been made..soo...i like my bowling more now hahaha(:

helloo hahaha finally got the time to continue the post haha cause after dinner at grand's i went to wee's place to ton with tan haha we like ate gamble drink watch a lil SAW 4 then after that i cannot remember till like 7 when we decided to go eat macs at serene centre best part was...we WALKED there..knn then cab-ed back thankfully. got back to wee house he and tan slpt and i showered then tried to sleep on the floor cause there was like a single bed and a mattress where both of them are sleepin on soo i had the floor haha i didnt mind but my shoulder is like screwed up dunnoe why damm pain so gave up and went outside ant's room and stone on the sofa outside..thennn his elder sis came down then brought her boyfriend? up haha i was like hi merry chrismas in a bangalar voice cause no water and shit and he was like u sound really bad haha..hmmm after that got tan to get up so that we could meet his mum at queensway to get tau and shanel's shoe..got there eat macs again then walk walk walk and finally got them shoes..then gerald's dad dropped me off at westmall.i got home.showered.com-ed awhlie.went to godparent's place.merry chrismas-ed everyone.renee is like HOT hahaha.skate with matt of awhile which happen to be a total fuck up hahaha.oh yea and nick was there too cause he stayed over the night before so after everything sent nick to brad mrt so just as well went to see tay hahaha.after that went home then talked to HB a lil dammmm tired sleep.

hmm k from the start of milo till the end..if i can remember all the thingy thingys

went to m'sia on the 16th saturday..drove like 140km/h average so took like 3hrs+ to get there haha..met some really spastic drivers on the road..faggets.. ok then went to sheraton hotel to stay for the night yup cause sunway didn't have rooms

17th we left sheraton and went to sunway at bout 2 we arrived but our room was not ready so we left our bags and balls at the lobby and went to check the alley out..big-ness man never been to a 48 laner before haha hmm so when got get MQs the stuff and OMG my dad being himself went to get TWO shirts of me and tried to get another one for my bro but didn't work hahaha ok anyway then went to makana with uncle tommy and family at some bakutteh shop then went to some place which is like SIM LIM here and my dad bought a WII for my bro coolness man the thing k then went back to sunway got the room checked it out and it was huge man and for a cheaper price then others with a smaller room HAHAHA!!after that went down to bowl the 8pm squad which is a disaster as usual haha after that makan dinner then sleep after WII-ing awhile which is like 4am hahahha

18th hmm can't remember much liao except tau arrived and we talked as if nothing ever happened which is kindda cool haha then err oh yea bought beer and stuff for her but cannot find her room and me gerald clift ansen and darren went to like knock on the wrong door looking for her and we knocked on some jap dude's door and boy was he pissed HAHAHA clift were like err is yingxin there thought it was like a bonus question haha and jap dude was like WHAT U DOING?!?!?!
